Change leads into the unknown. This is uncomfortable and creates resistance – even if not always consciously. When these emotions are not perceived or even suppressed, shadow cultures are developing. The transformation is being diluted, the process unnecessarily prolonged, costs exceeded, and change will fail. Do not let it come to that.
The solution lies in professional, efficient process design. Systemic thinking is required. All individuals must be given space to authentically participate in the process, to actively support it without losing sight of the goal. When this succeeds, change will succeed. Fast, efficient, goal-oriented, and sustainable.
